You've put in the reps. Now learn something completely new.
You're comfortable with a barbell. Your squat has depth, your hinge is solid. That's exactly why this is for you.
Olympic weightlifting has been on the periphery of our training forever. However, it is incredibly technical and because we are not experts we do not teach it!
Finally we have an actual expert who’s coming to teach!
Josh Peters is an Olympic Weightlifting coach with over 25 years of lifting experience…he’s also the incredible artist who painted Hanuman on our walls!
This workshop is the chance to actually see what the barbell can do.
What you'll learn
Six weeks to crack open two of the most athletic, technically demanding movements in strength sports: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Broken down the way we break everything down here. Lots of intention and context.
What to expect
The weights will be lighter than your ego wants. The progressions will be slower than you're used to. And somewhere around week three or four, something will click, and you'll understand why people dedicate years to this sport. You may even find a new obsession.
Who it's for
You need to already feel at home with squats and deadlifts. This is not an introduction to the barbell.
The details
Six weeks, paid upfront. Miss one or two sessions and you'll still get plenty out of it. Minimum four sessions to get real benefit. Commitment is part of the practice.
