Pause Request

  • Members are allowed 2 pauses every 12 months.

  • Pauses must be for a minimum of 10 days and cannot be requested without an end date.

  • Memberships will continue running automatically at the end of the pause date.

  • Pause Requests greater than 21 days will not be applied automatically. You MUST speak with management before confirming this pause.

Pause requests that are placed for accounts in the middle of a billing cycle will be charged the second payment of the cycle. This payment will be held as credit to be applied on the resumption of the membership. Pauses cannot be placed retroactively.
