Strength and Mobility:
Once
you have built a strong base and started to hone your skills in the basic kettlebell moves, it’s time to get STRONG!. These classes focus on concepts like max strength, power, mobility, and endurance.
Members will use movements that they trained in Foundations classes but load them much more. This class is all about progression. The sessions will be similar from week to week to allow you to really track your progress. In this class you are not trying to do what the person beside you is doing but to slowly improve your own ability. This class is slower, heavy weights and more rest. The majority of members will find this class as the base of their programming.
For the average member it will take between about 6 to 18 months of training to get here.
