Our classes are designed to get you moving really well, strong and mobile. Learn your body, learn form, feel amazing!
Foundations:
Earn Your Keep.
Most people will start in Foundations. Here, you learn the basics and get really good at them. Squats and Deadlifts…easy peasy. You’ll also build great core strength and endurance through bodyweight movements like crawling and hanging.
Strength and Mobility:
Once
you have built a strong base and started to hone your skills in the basic kettlebell moves, it’s time to get STRONG!. These classes focus on concepts like max strength, power, and mobility.
Members will use movements that they trained in Foundations classes but load them much more. This class is all about progression. The sessions will be similar from week to week to allow you to really track your progress. In this class you are not trying to do what the person beside you is doing but to slowly improve your own ability. This class is slower, heavy weights and more rest. The majority of members will find this class as the base of their programming.
Calisthenics:
The never-ending journey
Calisthenics, translates as beautiful strength. This class is OPTIONAL, for those who want to start the never-ending journey of bodyweight mastery. Sessions here will focus on a specific skill, like pull ups or ring dips. Taking inspiration from beginner Gymnastics, Pilates, Yoga and traditional body weight training. You can expect a demanding class that blends, skill, strength, mobility and endurance.
To keep the tempo and rhythm of this class, we ask that before you join you are able to complete multiple push ups and hang from a bar for a minimum of 60 seconds.
Kettlebell Skills:
Let’s progress together.
Kettlebells, are an important tool in our programing. Excellent for strength endurance, coordination and overall movement quality.
But…they have a learning curve.
Our specific classes give you an opportunity to learn the movements and skills in a more controlled and systemized way.
Basic skills focus on the two main moves…the Swing and Turkish Get Up.
Advanced Skills include the Snatch and Clean.
Conditioning:
Conditioning classes are all about getting your heart rate up for short bursts. These classes are designed to build endurance, tolerance and variety.
Short classes focusing on sweaty intensity. Get in WORK hard, get out.
Classes will include exercises that easier to do, so not too complex and scalable to every level. Kettlebells, bodyweight, medicine balls etc. All the fun stuff that allows for variety and expression.
These classes should be compliments to your training. Not the bulk of it.
Mobility & Flow:
Putting all of our training together into fluid movement with rhythm is what it is all about.
These classes develop and express flexibility and mobility. Long stretches, strengthening joints at end ranges and then putting it altogether to move in unique ways builds control, coordination and puts the cherry on top of having a holistic movement practice.
Personal Training:
Focused programming, training, and guidance built around your unique goals.
Personal training is for anyone who needs a focused plan. Maybe there is an athletic event coming up. Maybe you are coming back from an injury or working around an illness.
When your goals a little more complex and unique, personal training is the best option.
