This allows you to be constantly challenged appropriately, with your progression and goals in mind.

 

Our classes are designed to get you moving really well, strong and mobile. Learn your body, learn form, feel amazing!

 

Level 1, Foundations:

Earn Your Keep.

Most people will start in Foundations. Here, you learn the basics and get really good at them. Squats and Deadlifts…easy peasy. You’ll also build great core strength and endurance through bodyweight movements like crawling and hanging.

Level 2, Explore:


Let’s progress together.

Once you can handle a kettlebell squat and deadlift and have learned the basics of the swing, it’s time to start honing your skills.

You will be doing a lot of kettlebell swings, and you will be moving a little faster. Learning how to generate and control power in your body.

Classes will be a little faster paced and we will be pushing you just a little bit harder.

Most members will get to Explore in anywhere from 1 to 3 months, but there’s no rush. We want to make sure you're comfortable before moving up.

Level 3, Evolve:

Time to get STRONG!

By now, you have built a strong base and started to hone your skills in the basic kettlebell moves. We switch the focus towards concepts like max strength, power, mobility, and endurance.

The movements are more complex and there is more of an expectation that you know what you are doing.

For the average member it will take between about 6 to 18 months of training to get here.

Level 4, Expand:


Time to fly the coop!

Expand classes are very similar to Evolve, except there is not a lot of teaching. In fact, you should be nearly able to teach this stuff yourself.

We will demand a much higher level of autonomy from members and expect that you really want to delve deep into the lifestyle and practice of exercise and movement.

We don’t expect you to get here anytime soon, but you can do it…. if you want to, that is.

Personal Training:


Focused programming, training, and guidance built around your unique goals.

Personal training is for anyone who needs a focused plan. Maybe there is an athletic event coming up. Maybe you are coming back from an injury or working around an illness.

When your goals a little more complex and unique, personal training is the best option.
