Pause Request
Members are allowed 2 pauses every 12 months. Pauses must have a start and end date, and must last a minimum of 10 days. Memberships will resume automatically on the pause end date.
Pauses should be requested at least 7 days in advance, and may not be placed retroactively.
For pauses up to 42 days, members will be credited for unused days. For pauses longer than 42 days, members will not be credited for unused days, but will not be subject to the cancellation policy.
Memberships that are permanently cancelled during a pause will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 payments.
