Sample Weekly Schedule

Winter 2026. This is a sample of our schedule, which is subject to change. Members use the Uptown Movement app to choose and book their classes.

  • Most new members join Foundations Movement classes (to build up strength) and Foundation Skills classes (to learn the equipment and techniques)

  • These classes focus on elevating the heart rate and finding variety.

  • These classes are slower classes designed to build maximum strength and mobility. Heavier weights and more rest. Use your load to work hard.

  • To build a program that develops healthy movement in different patterns, members take a variety of other classes through the week: Kettlebells, Mobility & Stretching, Slow Strength and Advanced Strength.
