Sample Weekly Schedule
Winter 2026. This is a sample of our schedule, which is subject to change. Members use the Uptown Movement app to choose and book their classes.

Most new members join Foundations Movement classes (to build up strength) and Foundation Skills classes (to learn the equipment and techniques)

These classes focus on elevating the heart rate and finding variety.

These classes are slower classes designed to build maximum strength and mobility. Heavier weights and more rest. Use your load to work hard.

To build a program that develops healthy movement in different patterns, members take a variety of other classes through the week: Kettlebells, Mobility & Stretching, Slow Strength and Advanced Strength.
