Sample Weekly Schedule

Winter 2024. This is a sample of our schedule, which changes regularly. Members use the Uptown Movement app to choose and book their classes.

  • Most new members join Foundations Movement classes (to build up strength) and Foundation Skills classes (to learn the equipment and techniques)

  • Explore classes focus on practicing kettlebell skills, and building stamina through lots of repetitions

  • Evolve classes are slower classes designed to build maximum strength and mobility. Heavier weights and more rest. Use your load to work hard.

  • To build a program that develops healthy movement in different patterns, members take a variety of other classes through the week: All Levels Movement Conditioning, Fluid Movement Fundamentals, and Mobility, for example.
