People who want guidance and progress without the “punishment workout” vibe. Beginners, returners, busy professionals, ex-athletes, “I hate big gyms” people, and anyone who wants strength + mobility with coaching that actually teaches you.
-
All of our programming is based on building long term strength, mobility and endurance. Our core programming is supplimented with mobility or conditioning work depending on what you need.
Foundations – your introduction to the gym. If you’re new to training or new to our style this helps build the basics, giving you confidence and base you need to progress.
Strength & Mobility – our core program. Strength training through full ranges of motion so joints feel good while your strength and mobility increases. The exercises in the class are tailored to your individual level.
Mobility & Flow – Flexibility work that targets specific joints and how you move coupled with bodyweight and movement patterns that feel creative and athletic.
Kettlebell Conditioning – kettlebell skills + conditioning, taught safely and progressively.
-
Our classes are small, an average of 10 people. You’ll get seen, coached, and progressed. No hiding in the back. No chaos.
-
Absolutely! About half our members started as beginners. We scale everything. You’ll start with a 1-on-1 assessment and (if you choose classes) six-week onboarding so you learn the basics, as well as having constant check ins with your coach to help you adjust.
-
We chat goals, check how you move (nothing scary), and map your start plan: classes, personal training, or a combo. You’ll leave knowing exactly what you are trying to achieve and what to do next.
-
We’re coaching-driven and progression-based. Quality before speed. We explain what you’re doing and why. Coaches know your names, your regressions/progressions, your movement patterns, and clear checkpoints, not random workouts. This is more like personal training delivered in a group setting.
-
Most people thrive on 2–4 sessions/week. We’ll help you choose a cadence that fits your life and recovery.

Usually within 2–4 weeks: less stiffness, more energy, confidence with lifts. Strength and body-comp changes stack over 8–12+ weeks with consistency. The goal is to help make activity a part of your lifestyle. that happens on a much longer timescale.

Yoga is a beautiful practice; our mobility work is strength-biased and joint-specific. We load end ranges, build control, and teach you to own positions under tension so you can actually use new range in real life and lifts.
-
We love kettlebells, but they’re a tool, not a religion. You’ll see barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, bands—whatever best serves the goal.
-
Most likely, yes. We’ll adjust movements and tempos and build capacity safely. If we need to coordinate with a clinician, we’re happy to.
