Clubbells fix a massive problem in training - Straight lines. Clubbells teach your body to move in one fluid connected way throught twists, turns and throws. A huge gap in regular training.
Why clubbells are different:
Clubbells force you to control an off-center load. Instead of pure compression (the force your joints absorb in most traditional lifting), you're learning to create tension through traction. The result: a serious stimulus to your joints and connective tissue, with a fraction of the wear and tear. It's strength training that makes you more durable.

Grip and body orientation fundamentals, the foundation everything else builds on
Your first clubbell swings, taught progressively
Rotational movement work, scaled to how the group develops
You'll leave with a real foundation to keep building on. This will NOT be just a workout, but a new lens for movement and organizing the body.
