CIRCULAR. LIQUID. SPATIAL. EXPRESSIVE. SEAMLESS.
This dance-led immersion is an invitation for movement enthusiasts to develop ease, curiosity, and connection in their relationship with the floor, learning to navigate momentum, weight shifts, anchoring, crawls, rolls, and flow with efficiency and expression.
As an intro level class, you will learn the fundamental tools for a safe, sustainable, and fun floorwork practice.
The class will consist of a fluid warm up and conditioning, followed by improvisational prompts to unlock new patterns, specific skill development, and it will culminate with a rounded dance sequence to connect all the pieces, embody the flow, and create space for expression beyond physicality. It’s like a dance for two, where your partner is the ground itself.
Come as you are.
Open yourself to discover something new. Learn it.
Let it sink deeper. Embody it.
Immerse yourself in the movement. Surrender.
