Join the legendary breath coach and certified Wim Hoff instructor Avi Greenberg to learn breathing techniques designed to help increase your resiliency and response to high stress.
This 3 hour workshop will begin with Avi explaining and talking through some of the mechanics and concepts that he will utilize to calm and relax the nervous system.
From there he will guide through your first set of breathing techniques designed to build a strong foundation and energize your entire system.
You will then finish your experience with cold exposure therapy. Guided by Avi you will, employ the breathing techniques just learned so that you can relax and find comfort despite sitting in a tub of ice!
Expect to leave the event feeling empowered and invigorated armed with tools that can help you for the rest of your life.
This workshop will be held outside in a private park. Social distancing and observing all of the latest guidance from the CDC regarding Covid 19.
