During this workshop you will learn and practice the fundamentals of a sumo and conventual deadlift, including (but not limited to) proper warm-ups, muscle activation, and life-time deadlift cues.
In addition, you will understand where and how your structure should be while preforming deadlifts, to prevent pains and injuries.
