In fact you go to any facility that focuses on building usable strength and capacity you will more than likely find kettlebells at the core of their programming. One of the most important aspects of kettlebell training is their ability to be used in a ballistic way, i.e. with speed. However, with speed comes dysfunction. In this workshop you will learn how to identify good form in the basic kettlebell moves the swing, the clean and the high pull. These exercises are tremendous bang for buck exercises that will stand to you for years to come. If you are new to kettlebells this is absolutely vital. If you are more experienced with kettlebells you can use this workshop to finesse your technique
